How to run one
STEP ONE – OBSERVE
Take a few moments to quietly look at the two artworks. Notice the colors, details, emotions, and anything that catches your attention.
STEP THREE – CREATE
Read the "Why This Works" section, then create your own artwork inspired by what you explored. Focus on expressing your ideas, not making perfect art.
STEP TWO – REFLECT
Use the prompts to connect the artwork to your own memories, emotions, or experiences. There are no right or wrong answers.
STEP FOUR – SHARE & KEEP
Write a short reflection, then add your completed page to your booklet. Over time, you'll create a personal collection that tells your unique story through art.
Path 01 - Explore an Artist
Discover how artists turned their experiences into art, then create your own inspired page. Click through each artist, complete the activities, and create your own artwork inspired by their unique style and story.
Choose your starting point
Path 02 - Explore an Emotion
