How to run one

STEP ONE – OBSERVE

Take a few moments to quietly look at the two artworks. Notice the colors, details, emotions, and anything that catches your attention.

STEP THREE – CREATE

Read the "Why This Works" section, then create your own artwork inspired by what you explored. Focus on expressing your ideas, not making perfect art.

STEP TWO – REFLECT

Use the prompts to connect the artwork to your own memories, emotions, or experiences. There are no right or wrong answers.

STEP FOUR – SHARE & KEEP

Write a short reflection, then add your completed page to your booklet. Over time, you'll create a personal collection that tells your unique story through art.

WHAT IS THE BOOKLET?

Your booklet is a personal collection of reflections, artwork, and memories created as you complete each path. Over time, it becomes a meaningful record of your experiences, creativity, and the stories that matter most to you.
